Sam Altman, the CEO of OpenAI, recently said something that made headlines and stirred up all kinds of reactions:

“ChatGPT is already more powerful than any human who has ever lived.”

At first glance, it sounds dramatic, almost arrogant.

But the deeper you go, the more you realize he’s not wrong.

ChatGPT has access to more knowledge than any single human ever has. It can pull from across every discipline, cross-reference decades of research, generate ideas in seconds, and complete complex tasks that used to take teams of humans days, weeks, or months.
